Cancellation Policy

• We operate a 24-hour cancellation policy.

• Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will be charged 100% of the session fee.

• No-shows will be charged at the full session rate.

This allows appointment slots to be offered to other clients.

Late Arrivals

• Please arrive on time for your appointment.

• If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time and the full fee applies.

• If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and a missed-appointment charge may apply.

Consultation Form Requirement

• A consultation & medical history form must be completed at least 24 hours before your first appointment.

  If the form is not completed:

  • Treatment time may be reduced

  • Assessment may be limited

  • Treatment may need to be adapted or restricted for safety

  • The appointment may need to be rescheduled, which may fall under the cancellation policy

  Completing the form in advance helps ensure safe and effective treatment.

Consultation Form Requirement

• If you are unwell (e.g. fever, flu, stomach bug, or other contagious illness), please contact us as soon as possible.

• Fees may be waived at our discretion, depending on circumstances.

Therapist Cancellations

• If we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we will provide as much notice as possible and offer the next available appointment.
